The candidate will be responsible for leading comprehensive project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 3–10 years of experience in: Industrial facility construction. Metallic structures (rigid frames and open-web joists). Civil works. Software proficiency: AutoCAD Revit Experience in: Pre-construction and project review. BIM methodology. Responsibilities Preparation of estimates, purchase orders, and change control. Budget administration and construction schedule control. Coordination of contractors and suppliers. Field progress supervision. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and current legislation. Direct communication with clients and follow-up on requirements. Skills Leadership and teamwork. Effective communication. On-site problem-solving. Organization and results orientation.
