LATHE OPERATOR

Job Summary: We are seeking a lathe operator with experience in blueprint interpretation, operation of lathes and milling machines, and the ability to fabricate, rectify, and maintain mechanical parts and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in operating lathes, milling machines, and measuring equipment 2. Skills in blueprint interpretation and problem solving 3. Teamwork and decision-making ° The lathe operator must read and interpret illustrations, designs, diagrams, sketches, and blueprints. * Rectify mechanical parts and components required for equipment according to specifications indicated in the area. * Perform maintenance and repair of machinery to ensure and guarantee proper operation. * Polish, drill, adjust, and shape parts made from various materials. * Fabricate cylindrical, radial, concentric, and eccentric parts, as well as all types of threads, within minimum tolerances. * Fabricate mechanical parts according to specifications provided by supervisors. * The lathe operator must constantly check the cleanliness and functionality conditions of assigned machinery. * The operator must keep their work area free of trash and lint, and ensure clear pathways for personnel and material flow. Professional Education: Elementary school, junior high school, technical training in machinery and tools. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Age: 18 to 65 years. * Skills: Numerical and manual. * Preferred courses: Blueprint interpretation, measuring equipment, 5S, ISO 9001\-2015 * Experience in the field: Preferably two years in similar activities. o Lathe operation. o Milling machine operation. o Measuring equipment. o Knowledge of extrusion tooling machines. o Problem solving. o Teamwork. o Decision making. o Working under pressure. o Blueprint interpretation.
