Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to plan and manage the materials supply chain, ensuring continuous production flow and optimizing inventory within an automotive environment.

**Education:**
* Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (degree preferred).
**Experience:**
* 2–5 years of materials planning experience in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry.
* Experience in aluminum casting (desirable).
* Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Demand and supply planning
* Inventory control
* MRP / SAP
* Supply Chain
* Lean Manufacturing / Just-in-Time
* Bill of Materials (BOM) management
* Casting processes (desirable)
**Languages:**
* Intermediate to advanced English (desirable for supplier interactions).
**3. Key Responsibilities**
* Plan and track material requirements (MRP).
* Ensure timely supply of aluminum, alloys, and consumables.
* Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers to guarantee on-time deliveries.
* Monitor inventory levels (maximum, minimum, and reorder points).
* Analyze demand fluctuations and adjust supply plans accordingly.
* Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse to ensure smooth material flow.
* Prevent line stoppages due to material shortages.
* Generate inventory, coverage, and supplier performance reports.
* Implement improvements in materials planning and inventory control processes.
* Participate in audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001\).
