




Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in the automotive industry to manage customer quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance of casting products. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in aluminum casting. 2. Proficiency in methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys. 3. Participation in internal and external audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001). Job Requirements Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field. Experience: 3+ years in the automotive industry (preferably in aluminum casting). Technical Knowledge: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA. Interpretation of engineering drawings and GD\&T. Aluminum casting processes (desirable: die casting / gravity casting). * Basic statistical tools. * Proficiency in the 8D methodology. * Ishikawa. * 5 Whys. * IATF 16949\. * Familiarity with customer-specific portals. Responsibilities: Timely follow-up on concerns, complaints, and quality requirements from assigned customers. Address and manage complaints using 8D, PDCA, or other established methodologies. Manage and update information in automotive portals (PPAP, IMDS, quality certificates, APQP documents, 8D reports). Ensure correct upload of evidence, documentation, and deliverables according to established deadlines. Follow up on approvals for new products, engineering changes, and customer audits. Participate in internal and external audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001\). Validate control plans, process FMEAs, and flowcharts related to casting parts. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance departments to resolve quality issues.
