To support this mission, Syngenta's Commercial team is seeking a Technical Developer in Celaya, León or Irapuato. This role will be responsible for executing the field demand generation plan. **Job Description** **Responsibilities** * Generate field demand within their UDN by supporting the Crop Lead / MKT UDN management. * Agronomic knowledge of regional crops including vegetables, brassicas, and berries. * Identify changes in pests, diseases, and farmer behavior to provide feedback to the team. * Incorporate complementary tools into the UDN offering (DigAg, FinSol, Sust). * Manage key clients. **Requirements** At Syngenta, we are focused on talent—we seek committed, collaborative professionals with excellence in execution.
