**EDUCATION:** * Industrial Engineering. * Logistics Engineering. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** * Maintain operational control and service levels across the company's different distribution centers (CEDIS), managing inventory levels, and ensuring that communication methods used within the organization are clear, precise, and efficient. * Organize material storage and proper equipment usage to guarantee fulfillment of requirements. * Plan and properly track shipment of finished products to customers according to their agreements and needs. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage inventory inflows and outflows. * Weekly inventory cuts as requested by the finance department. * Reconcile physical inventory versus system records. * Daily cycle counts aimed at achieving 100% inventory accuracy. * Verify customer shipping documentation, order numbers, and required items (warehouse delivery notes from Bajío). * Plan and monitor product shipments through shipping orders. * Control generation of outbound documentation. * Validate inventory availability for customers. * Promote improvement areas within the department. * Ensure proper use of equipment, facilities, and material handling. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND/OR SKILLS:** * Strong verbal communication. * Teamwork. * Assertive communication. * Decision-making. * Proactive and self-directed. * Responsible. * Organized. * Results-oriented. * Problem-solving.
