We seek **Process Technicians** who wish to join a highly technical manufacturing environment focused on continuous improvement, productive process optimization, and compliance with quality and safety standards. **Process Technician \- Boa** **Job Objective** Provide production area support through correct process parameterization, model changeovers, and operational monitoring, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. **What will you do in this role?** * Adjust parameters to ensure product quality. * Analyze recurring failures, identify root causes, and implement solutions. * Execute and monitor operational and environmental controls. * Create, modify, and update machine-specific process programs. * Record and manage information using departmental forms. * Monitor and achieve production KPIs. * Provide technical support to meet production scheduling requirements. * Conduct random validations of operational control adherence on the shop floor. * Participate in process capability studies and continuous improvement initiatives. * Responsible for model changeovers and process releases in coordination with the Quality department. * Escalate deviations between production planning and execution. * Generate hourly reports (H x H) for production tracking (TM area). * Coordinate with internal departments to achieve production targets. **What are we looking for?** * **3 to 5 years** of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of **mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics**. * Automotive industry experience is desirable. * Proactive, analytical, results-oriented, and team-focused individual. * Availability to work rotating shifts (3 shifts). **We Offer** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Job stability within a solid and growing company. * Transportation routes. * Professional development in a technical and specialized environment.
