Job Role * Supervise compliance with the ISO 14001 system and participate in the environmental compliance committee. * Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure environmental legal compliance at the buttons and zippers plant, maintaining updated documentation. * Manage hazardous and special handling waste logs, as well as the complete disposal process. * Train personnel on environmental topics and keep the training matrix up to date. * Propose improvements to the Environmental Program and track environmental KPIs. * Control budget, purchase orders, and billing from environmental suppliers. * Handle inspections by environmental authorities and manage procedures with government agencies. * Coordinate chemical environmental management and administer the safety data sheet system. * Supervise wastewater treatment and verify discharges according to regulations. * Conduct plant walkthroughs to identify environmental risks and ensure compliance.
