




**Job Description** Provide proper operational and administrative follow-up of the HUB's daily delivery routes through the fleet, ensuring compliance with delivery and pickup times to achieve timely and accurate delivery of goods to scheduled stores. **Responsibilities** * Review departure and arrival times at stores for units using logs related to the daily route scheduling of the HUB for store deliveries, complying with delivery and merchandise pickup times. * Support the HUB Coordinator in special situations for administrative route monitoring through logs to identify control, fuel efficiency, receipt, and delivery of goods. * Review fleet incidents and follow up with stores regarding merchandise delivery issues. * Conduct vehicle inspections (checklist - correct fuel loading, detailed unit inspection) and apply Vehicle Manual policies and fuel loading procedures. * Review productivity of Collectors by monitoring manifest loading and receipt processes (Store Number, Pieces, and Merchandise). * Attend to and follow up with stores to clarify questions via phone calls and emails. * Resolve delay situations, clarify doubts, and handle courier deliveries to ensure correct item delivery. Perform inventory activities by monitoring merchandise variations through tracking reports and locating items. * **Requirements** * Technical degree or equivalent * Two to three years of experience. * Previous experience in Logistics Route Supervision, warehouse, Inventory Control, Retail Sales, Distribution. * Driver's license * Availability to work Monday through Sunday
