As a family\-owned company, our commitments to our people, products, customers, and corporate values, are all part of our recipe for success. \_ **Objective:** Plan and execute capital projects according to business needs, ensuring timely adherence to the company’s current CAPEX policy. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Engineering Project Management or Capital (CAPEX) Project Management * Industrial and commercial refrigeration systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Office **Conversational English** **Education:** IIA, IMA, IME, IEC, or completed engineering-related degree programs. **Experience:** * Engineering or Capital Projects (5 years) * Negotiation and interaction with contractors and suppliers * Experience in the food industry **Responsibilities:** * Accurate and detailed management of the capital project initiation process * Development of required documentation for each project phase; Brief, Charter, Gantt charts, Capital Flow, Detailed Execution Plan, and Project Closure documentation * Proactive and detailed tracking and validation of critical activities during equipment installation and commissioning resulting from capital projects * Preparation of drawings and layouts necessary for preliminary engineering of capital projects * Ensuring strict compliance with internal EHS\&S, Quality/Food Safety, and Continuous Improvement regulations **Skills:** * Precision * Attention to detail \_ An Equal Opportunity Employer.
