At **ITURAN**, we are looking for a **NetSuite ERP Technical Leader** to drive the evolution and stability of our ERP. This person will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into solutions within NetSuite, and ensuring their correct operation, integrations, and customizations. We seek a profile that combines **strong functional knowledge**, **technical competence**, and the ability to provide **advanced support**—not necessarily requiring expert-level development skills, but **definitely requiring the ability to perform configurations, scripting, and integrations when needed.** **Responsibilities** * Administer and lead the technical and functional operation of NetSuite. * Analyze business requirements and propose solutions within the ERP. * Configure and customize modules, workflows, roles, and permissions. * Develop integrations and reports. * Create and maintain **Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards**. * Develop or oversee development in **SuiteScript** and **API/Integrations** (REST, SOAP, SuiteTalk). * Manage incidents, provide user support, and ensure operational continuity. * Document processes, configurations, and developments. * Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams. * Propose continuous improvements based on ERP capabilities. **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience working with **NetSuite** in technical or functional roles. * Proficiency in functional configuration across key ERP modules. * Intermediate knowledge of: * SuiteScript 1.0/2.x * REST/SOAP/SuiteTalk integrations * Workflows, Saved Searches, Reports * Solid understanding of business processes (finance, procurement, sales, inventory, etc.). * Experience providing second-level support. **Soft Skills** * Excellent communication with both technical and business teams. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Ability to prioritize, organize, and lead initiatives. * Collaborative work ethic and service-oriented attitude. **Desirable** * NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant). * Experience integrating with external systems. * Knowledge of agile methodologies. **Why Join Us?** * Opportunity to lead the technological evolution of a key ERP for the business. * Collaborative environment focused on innovation. * Participation in challenging, high-impact projects.
