Must have participated in at least 3 full implementation cycles (from analysis through Go-Live). The role focuses on medium-complexity implementations and serves as the primary liaison between the client’s operational needs and the technical solution. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing core modules (Inventory, Basic Accounting, Sales, etc.) and translating business requirements into native configurations, minimizing unnecessary custom development. Responsibilities and Tasks: Lead process analysis (Gap Analysis) by meeting with clients to map workflows and identify real needs. Design and configure comprehensive solutions in critical modules such as Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), Purchasing, and Invoicing. Draft clear functional specifications for the development team when standard solutions are insufficient. Coordinate and supervise user acceptance testing, ensuring client validation of deliverables before production deployment. Manage complex data migration, ensuring integrity of opening balances and stock. Mentor junior consultants by reviewing their configurations and supporting them with daily technical blockers. Technical Requirements: Odoo Proficiency: Demonstrable experience implementing Odoo Enterprise (v17, v18 or v19). Use of Odoo Studio for light customization (views, fields, reports). Solid knowledge of logistics flows (Routes, Replenishment Rules) and accounting flows (Journals, Taxes, Reconciliation). Knowledge of Accounting and Manufacturing modules. Tools and Methodologies: Ability to model processes using flowcharts. Proficiency with project management tools. Advanced Excel for data manipulation and cross-tabulated reporting. Technical Awareness: Understanding of Odoo’s data structure (Models and Relationships). Knowledge of Automated Actions and Server Actions (basic Python reading ability is a plus). Soft Skills: Translation Ability: Explain technical limitations to business clients and business needs to developers. Conflict Resolution: Manage demanding clients and set realistic expectations.
