




Job Summary: Supervises production lines, coordinates personnel, ensures quality, and manages compliance with standards and corrective actions in manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of production lines with a minimum of 1 year of experience. 2. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety. 3. Management of operational staff and coordination of activities. ### **Required Profile:** * Completed technical degree (Bachelor's or Engineering degree preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising production lines. * Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably food. * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and food safety. * Management of operational staff. * Availability to work rotating shifts. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily operation of the production line and adherence to the production schedule. * Coordinate and assign tasks to subordinate personnel. * Verify equipment cleaning, startup, and operational conditions. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards. * Track process deviations and implement corrective actions. * Document line stoppages and downtime. * Coordinate raw material and packaging supply with the warehouse.
