We are looking for top talent to join us as **Technical Support** in **Mexico City**. We seek candidates with: * Experience in technical support (hardware, software, networks, and user assistance). * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Basic network, server, and collaboration tool administration skills. * Technical or conversational English (preferred). * Service-oriented attitude, problem-solving focus, and sense of urgency. Key Responsibilities: * Provide on-site and remote technical support to internal users. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, printers, and mobile devices. * Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across various platforms. * Perform basic network monitoring and assist with server management. * Document incidents and track them to resolution. * Coordinate with external vendors for specialized support when required. * Support the implementation of new technological tools and internal improvements.
