Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor with experience in civil construction projects, responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and managing EHS strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in team supervision and effective communication 2. Proficiency in STPS regulations and SEMARNAT environmental regulations 3. Comprehensive management of safety and environmental practices in construction Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Health and Safety Supervisor in civil construction projects, including road, railway, and building construction. Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts. Technical Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of occupational health and safety regulations established by STPS. Advanced knowledge of NOM-STPS standards and SEMARNAT environmental regulations. Development and monitoring of environmental strategies in construction projects. Implementation of safety measures and compliance with external clients' safety and environmental requirements on construction sites, including electrical installations. Main Responsibilities: Management of access permits and staff credentialing for assigned projects. On-site supervision to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Preparation and monitoring of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) reports. Coordination of incident prevention activities, including formation of emergency response teams. Ongoing training of personnel on safety, health, and environmental topics. Key Competencies: Organization and planning. Problem solving. Effective communication.
