Leadership in clinical laboratory operations CLINICAL LABORATORY MANAGER:\* At Torres Diagnósticos, we are seeking a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Biology (QFB) or Clinical Chemist with a degree and professional license to lead our clinical analysis laboratory. The purpose of this position is to lead, coordinate, and supervise laboratory operations, ensuring quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance, as well as supporting the commercial team in addressing client inquiries. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00 Salary: $14,000 MXN per month Responsibilities \- Supervise and participate in the processing of biological samples: blood, urine, feces, swabs, among others. \- Perform analyses in hematology, clinical chemistry, urinalysis, coprology, and basic microbiology. \- Operate, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on automated equipment, microscopes, and centrifuges. \- Prepare and control reagents according to standardized protocols. \- Validate and record results in the laboratory information system (LIS). \- Implement and supervise internal quality control and collaborate in external evaluations. \- Coordinate logistics for shipment and receipt of samples processed at other laboratories. \- Support the commercial team by providing technical advice and resolving client or physician inquiries. \- Ensure compliance with biosafety regulations and standard operating procedures. \- Train, supervise, and evaluate technical staff. \- Attend internal, external, and health authority audits. Requirements \- Degree and professional license as QFB or Clinical Chemist (mandatory). \- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory. \- Solid knowledge of analytical techniques, quality control, and biosafety regulations. \- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and office tools. \- Leadership, organizational, and detail-oriented capabilities. Desirable \- Experience as a Sanitary Responsible Officer. \- Knowledge of NOM-007-SSA3, NOM-087, and ISO 15189 or equivalent accreditation standards. \- Personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
