




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide information, prepare quotations, acquire new customers, and manage delivery follow-up and complaint handling to ensure customer satisfaction. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Customer Service Executive *Work Location: TLAJOMULCO DE ZUÑIGA, JALISCO. *Schedule Monday to Saturday. *Your main responsibilities Provide clear and accurate information about our services and coverage areas. Prepare quotations and handle customer requests. Acquire new customers on the sales floor. Track the goods delivery process. Handle and follow up on complaints or incidents to ensure customer satisfaction. *We Offer Monthly salary: $10,200 Bi-weekly payments via Banamex Monthly bonus: $2,000 (for punctuality, attendance, and productivity starting from the 4th month).
