Job Summary: We are seeking a Packaging Operator to perform packaging and product conditioning processes, ensuring compliance with specifications and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and adjust packaging equipment 2. Perform packaging and product conditioning processes 3. Maintain cleanliness of the work area Who We Are: We are a proudly Mexican company that develops alternative and integrative remedies based on herbal medicine, with over 300 products in our portfolio. **Responsibilities:** * Perform packaging and finished product conditioning processes. * Complete downtime reports. * Account for residual material prior to each packaging machine startup. * Verify route sheets for each product to ensure compliance. * Verify packaging volume according to specifications. * Verify process controls according to specifications. * Adjust and operate packaging equipment. * Clean packaging machines. * Maintain cleanliness of your work area. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary: $2,450.00 * Statutory benefits * Additional benefits * 18-day year-end bonus * 12 vacation days * 25% vacation premium * Savings fund * 3% savings fund contribution * Overtime pay when strictly necessary **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM * Occasional half-day Saturdays **Work Location:** * Bernardo de Balbuena #566, Col.
