Responsibilities: \- Maintain optimal functionality of internal applications \- Develop new features and implement fixes for applications. \- Conduct thorough testing of developments, fixes, or new processes. \- Generate specific reports or automation scripts. \- Participate in designated automation projects as requested. \- Provide user support regarding application usage or issues. \- Collaborate on departmental activities as required.
