




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst with experience in payroll calculation, social security, REPSE, and personnel administration to ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accurate payroll calculation and integration of earnings and deductions. 2. Monitoring of affiliation transactions and compliance with social security requirements. 3. File management in accordance with the Federal Labor Law and IMSS guidelines. * **Social Security:** Monitor affiliation transactions (registrations, cancellations, salary adjustments) and ensure correct payment of employer–employee contributions. * **REPSE:** Ensure compliance with provisions of the Federal Labor Law for companies registered in the Registry of Specialized Service Providers or Specialized Construction Works (REPSE), submitting required reports to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). * **Legal Updates:** Stay current on labor and social security legislation, implementing changes promptly.
