Position Summary: A leading Mexican packaging company seeks a Production Manager to ensure optimal handling, storage, and shipping of finished products, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and production parameters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages human and operational resources for machinery. 2. Coordinates and supervises product quality and processes. 3. Ensures on-time delivery fulfillment and material control. A 100% Mexican company specializing in corrugated cardboard packaging, developing customized solutions to meet the highest quality standards and operational needs of its industrial clients, is seeking a Production Manager to join its team: POSITION OBJECTIVE Ensure proper handling and storage of finished products; guarantee that product shipment is carried out under optimal conditions. RESPONSIBILITIES 01.- Monitor human resources according to production priorities. 02.- Supervise the proper operational functioning of PT warehouse machinery. 03.- Delegate and effectively supervise process activities. 04.- Supervise and ensure product quality. 05.- Ensure production complies with established parameters. 06.- Coordinate with quality assurance personnel to efficiently and promptly resolve detected process issues. 01.- Coordinate activities of assigned personnel (forklift operators, shredders, compactors, unitizers, and general assistants). 02.- Coordinate and inspect incoming corrugator sheets, and ensure their safekeeping. 03.- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of sheets to the conversion area. 04.- Receive and verify materials from the Conversion area to confirm compliance with established requirements. 05.- Coordinate shipments based on shipping schedule priorities and production planning. 06.- Verify that areas delivering materials for shredding comply with required documentation formats. 07.- Record sheet withdrawals issued to production. 08.- Record material receipts and withdrawals in the system for materials delivered by Conversion. 09.- Review and analyze pallet consumption to support production supply. 12.- Submit assigned reports at the end of each shift, fully completed and properly organized.
