Financial Planner
We are seeking a Financial Planner with experience in financial control and administration, focused on accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and tracking of the company's financial commitments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Control and reconciliation of bank accounts.
* Scheduling and tracking of payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
* Monitoring of accounts receivable and follow-up on outstanding debts.
* Preparation of financial reports and controls.
* Administration of policies, loans, insurance, and accounting documentation.
* Direct support to the General Management on financial and administrative matters.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Proficiency in Excel and banking platforms.
* Knowledge of invoicing, accounting, and tax documentation.
* Organized, analytical, responsible, and highly confidential individual.
