DE C.V. is seeking a New Projects Analyst in Hipódromo \- Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ At **GDC Desarrollos**, we are looking to add a **New Projects Analyst** to our team who will actively participate in identifying, analyzing, and acquiring land for real estate development. This position is critical to the company’s strategic growth and targets technical professionals with experience in regulatory analysis and involvement in land acquisition closing processes. **Job Objective** ----------------------- To prospect, analyze, and participate in negotiations for land acquisition enabling new real estate projects, ensuring their technical, regulatory, and financial viability. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Prospect and analyze land with development potential. * Review zoning regulations, Construction Regulations, Technical Standards, Delegational Plans, and Partial Plans. * Conduct market studies and feasibility analyses. * Develop preliminary schemes to maximize construction potential. * Prepare basic financial analyses. * Track construction permits and related procedures. * Compile documentation (contracts, reports, files). * Participate in Due Diligence processes. * Monitor notary procedures until closing is achieved. * Participate in land acquisition and negotiation processes. **Required Profile** -------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. * Minimum of **3 to 4 years** of experience in real estate development, land banking, or land acquisition. * Demonstrable experience participating in land acquisition closing processes. * Solid knowledge of urban regulations and construction regulations. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is mandatory. * Proficiency in Office suite (Intermediate Excel). * Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is desirable. * Technical, organized profile with strong attention to detail. * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours. **We Offer** ------------- * Opportunity to join a growing real estate development company. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Direct participation in strategic projects. * Professional development opportunities. * Statutory benefits. * Monthly salary of **$20,000 MXN plus commissions** **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Entry-level **Departmental Function:** Architecture **Industry:** Construction **Skills:** * Regulatory and urban analysis * Attention to detail * Negotiation skills * Land acquisition *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69976e876200005000383ea7\&source\=indeed*
