On-site coaching at branches with red focus At Exitus Contigo, we are looking for a Training Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth and professional development of our employees. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver practical training on-site or online to ensure application of learned concepts. * Provide on-site coaching at branches with red focus, supporting activities for proper product development, production, and placement. * Deliver company-established training manuals and programs. * Evaluate employees at critical stages, such as zero placement, position change, new hire, or promotion. * Schedule online courses, monitor progress, and assign employees to branches for commencement of duties and work plan. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a training instructor or in similar roles. * In-depth knowledge of processes and procedures related to the position. * Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Willingness to travel and work across various branches as needed. * Proficiency in digital platforms for course delivery * Moodle proficiency * Mandatory Office Suite: PowerPoint/Visio/Excel, etc. Availability to work in Santa Fé and branches **We Offer:** * Base salary: $18,000 MXN net per month * Food vouchers If you are ready to join a dynamic team and contribute to our company’s success, we look forward to receiving your application!
