Job Summary: Hospital Ángeles Metropolitano seeks a Quality Analyst to plan, organize, develop, and evaluate quality programs, conduct audits for certifications, and improve hospital processes. We are seeking: QUALITY ANALYST Job Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, or related Health Sciences field. Minimum Experience: 1 year Flexible working hours Service-oriented attitude Application of standards and regulations Strong verbal communication skills Leadership Conflict management Job Responsibilities: · Participate in the planning, organization, development, and evaluation of Quality programs. · Conduct systematic inspections to ensure compliance with Quality standards. · Review process documentation and audit compliance. · Perform internal audits for certifications (ISO:90001, Health Council, Safe Hospital, Canadian certification). · Work on improvements and adjustments to meet certification criteria and hospital processes. · Coordinate work teams and schedule activities and advisory sessions with department heads to support certification follow-up. · Manage the training program and regulatory compliance.
