




IMPORTANT COMPANY IN THE SECTOR IS SEEKING A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. (TITLE AND ID CARD ARE MANDATORY) Experience: 3 to 5 verifiable years (preferably in medical, services or corporate sector companies) Knowledge: * Human Capital Administration and Management. * Current Labor Legislation (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS). * Personnel Recruitment and Selection Processes. * Verification of personnel file creation and control (physical and digital). * Payroll management, payroll incidents, severance payments and settlements. * Training and Organizational Development. * Performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments. * Excel proficiency (intermediate–advanced), Office suite and automated HR systems. * Experience with ERP systems and/or Human Resources platforms (*Odoo*). **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise comprehensive Human Resources processes. * Recruitment and selection of administrative, operational and specialized personnel. * Management of registrations, terminations and modifications with IMSS and internal systems. * Administration and control of physical and digital personnel files. * Coordination and validation of payroll incidents for payroll processing. * Attendance, vacation, leave and incapacity tracking. * Preparation and follow-up of employment contracts and renewals. * Coordination of onboarding, training and personnel development processes. * Implementation and monitoring of performance evaluations. * Employee support and resolution of labor conflicts. * Compliance with internal policies, internal work regulations and quality processes. * Participation in internal and external audits related to Human Resources. * Preparation of operational and strategic reports for the Human Resources department. * Support for continuous improvement projects, organizational culture and talent retention. * Coordination of terminations, severance payments and settlements in accordance with the law. **Required Competencies:** * Leadership and coordination ability. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Organization and planning. * Handling of confidential information. * Decision-making. * Results orientation and continuous improvement.
