Implement continuous improvement strategies in work teams. The bank is seeking your talent as: JUNIOR SCRUM MASTER Responsibilities: Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate training workshops on Agile and Lean methodologies. Implement continuous improvement strategies in work teams. Coordinate interdepartmental efforts to optimize workflows. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization. Provide ongoing performance feedback to teams. Evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives on operational efficiency. Develop training materials and resources for the team. Collaborate with departments to align objectives and practices. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the value chain. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or related field; recent graduates or professionals. 1–2 years of experience implementing improvement strategies.
