**GEPP**, a portfolio development company of leading brands with nationwide presence and over 46,000 employees, invites you to join its large family as a **Traffic Support Analyst**:
**Objective**: To serve and support internal customers by following established procedures to track and resolve reports regarding vehicle thefts, accidents, traffic violations, mechanical failures, and loss of documents for the company’s entire vehicle fleet.
**Education**:
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, Criminalistics, or related field (completed, internship, or incomplete).
**Experience**:
* Minimum 1–2 years at insurance companies providing user support (accident-related).
* Minimum 1 year tracking reports and incidents with insurance companies.
* Minimum 1 year working at accident reporting booths.
**Work Schedule**:
* 6 working days per 1 rest day (in-person modality).
* Rotating shift role every 2 months (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).
**Knowledge or Specialization in**:
* Knowledge of current traffic regulations.
* Vehicle fleet management (documentary and preventive).
* Incident handling (thefts, accidents, violations, corrective and preventive maintenance).
* Knowledge of ERP systems for logistics tracking.
**Machinery, Equipment, and/or Software Required**:
* PC proficiency.
* Geolocation ERP (GPS).
* Databases.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1\. Handle all incoming calls regarding various incidents, including accidents or mechanical failures of vehicles.
2\. Initiate outbound calls and track various incidents reported by employees and insurance companies.
3\. Properly generate reports (reference numbers) arising from requests, requirements, or incidents via official institutional channels.
4\. Provide real-time support to various company departments by delivering information and feedback on reports.
5\. Maintain campaign performance indicators on a monthly basis.
6\. Close reports according to internal or external tracking appropriate for received reports concerning theft, accident, violation, etc.
7\. Provide key information to establish controls and processes required to close indicators for weekly, biweekly, and monthly KPIs.
