Structured and professional work environment At SPG Seguridad Privada Guepardos, we seek an In-House Operational Supervisor with field leadership, operational judgment, and a results-oriented approach, responsible for coordinating and supervising security personnel to ensure compliance with protocols, service continuity, and customer satisfaction. General Purpose of the Position: To effectively lead and supervise the performance of in-house security personnel, ensuring facility protection, adherence to internal guidelines, and compliance with current regulations governing private security. Work Location: * Assigned in-house services (primarily field-based work). * Corporate offices: Cuautitlán Izcalli, Bellavista (very close to Plaza San Marcos). Requirements: * Age: 30 to 45 years. * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in security, criminology, administration, or related field). * Minimum experience: 12 months as an in-house supervisor or in a similar role. * Schedule: 24 x 24\. * Availability for field work and transportation during peak traffic hours. Job Challenges: * Coordinate and supervise daily activities of in-house personnel. * Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures. * Guarantee compliance with applicable legal and labor regulations. * Participate in internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions. Main Responsibilities: * Field-based operational supervision (80%) and administrative follow-up (20%). * Management, control, and leadership of operational staff. * Shift planning, coverage scheduling, and service programming. * Internal communication with clients, guards, and support departments. * Regulatory compliance in private security. * Continuous training and coaching of personnel. * Preparation and submission of reports, logs, and incident records. * Handling and resolution of operational conflicts. Performance Measurement: * Timely reporting of incidents. * Minimization of risks, thefts, or operational failures. * Accurate completion of logs and reports. * Attendance control and operational discipline. * Adherence to internal policies and company guidelines. Technical Knowledge: * Operation of electronic devices (60%). * Operation of standard vehicles (100%). * Knowledge of private security laws and regulations (minimum 50%). * Familiarity with security technologies and standard operating procedures. Personality Traits: * Analytical profile. * Emotional control and stress management. * Conflict resolution ability. * Empathy and active listening. * Field leadership and on-the-spot decision-making.
