Implementation and supervision of import processes and training **Publication Date:** March 23, 2026 **Salary:** Up to 30,000\.00 (MXN) per month **Job Description:** A growing company engaged in the processing, marketing, and distribution of fresh and frozen vegetables through cold-chain logistics seeks an **Import Coordinator**. (Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field), with a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the fresh food, mass consumer goods, or retail industries. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate import operations for materials, machinery, and spare parts, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and proper documentation management. Monitor customs brokers and suppliers to guarantee timely and accurate customs clearance; track inventory levels to maintain optimal supply and prevent risks of fines or delays. Additionally, implement and supervise import-related processes, audits, and reporting; maintain effective communication with internal departments; and support staff training on international trade matters. **Language Requirement:** Advanced English (minimum 90% proficiency in both written and spoken). **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. **Training Requirements:** Customs law and foreign trade regulations; foreign trade promotion programs; documentation control for imports of packaging materials and machinery; knowledge of export procedures. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Savings fund * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
