Proven experience with Castelec UPS systems is mandatory **Job Description:** **PACSA México**, a leading manufacturer of stainless steel products, is seeking a **Systems Assistant** to support the maintenance and operation of computer equipment, as well as provide technical support to staff to ensure proper operation of the company's systems. **Responsibilities:** * End-user technical support. * Software installation and configuration. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Support for networks and internet connectivity. * Inventory control of computer equipment. * Experience with **Castelec UPS systems** is **MANDATORY** **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. (Preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience * Knowledge of computer maintenance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
