




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to execute commands in UNIX environments, manage access in DB/LDAP systems, monitor enterprise applications, and handle tickets—with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Experience in real production environments What will you do daily? - Execute commands and tasks in UNIX environments (AIX / Linux). - Manage access for: Databases (Oracle / DB2) Directories (LDAP) - Monitor and provide basic (L1) support for enterprise applications. - Start services or escalate incidents following established procedures. - Perform installations using guides or automation (Ansible). - Validate server status on platforms such as VMware. - Handle tickets and incidents in ServiceNow or other service desks. - Analyze logs to identify basic issues. - Leverage modern tools (e.g., Enterprise Copilot) to optimize tasks. Schedule and support model -Standard shift: Monday to Friday (business hours). -Scheduled on-call shifts (rotating). -24x7 coverage model: -After-hours incident response (on-call). -Scheduled maintenance windows (occasional).
