This opportunity is for you! We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team in the Technical Support and Process Optimization area. (Note: This role is exclusively targeted at students or individuals with incomplete degrees—not certified engineers.) Schedule and Flexibility Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. 100% Flexible! Technical and Network Support: Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment, fault diagnosis, and local network support. Digital Organization: Structuring and managing information repositories within the company’s collaboration ecosystem. Inventory and Sales Control: Supporting management, registration, and tracking of commercial processes and stock. Automation and AI: Collaborating on internal process optimization using basic scripting and Artificial Intelligence tools. Desired Profile Currently enrolled student or individual with an incomplete degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Computing, or related field). Knowledge of hardware, software, and network maintenance. Proficiency in organizing and managing information using Microsoft 365 solutions—specifically Teams and SharePoint. Basic understanding of or interest in sales and inventory processes. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python.
