Position Summary: We are seeking an architect with experience in construction site supervision and quantity takeoff, proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, for drafting, plan design, and technical report development. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in construction site supervision and material quantity takeoff 2. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and proficiency in SketchUp 3. On-site problem-solving ability and technical report development We are seeking a "Project Architect" Architect (Intern or Graduate). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction site supervision and/or material quantity takeoff. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. Proficiency in SketchUp. Desirable knowledge of Special Installations. Organized, responsible, and capable of on-site problem solving. Responsibilities: * AutoCAD drafting and plan design in 2D (70%) and 3D (50%) * Reading and interpreting drawings * Interpreting and performing quantity takeoffs (volumetric calculations) * Developing technical reports * Construction generators * Concept catalogs * SketchUp proficiency Salary: $2,500.00 – $2,700.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
