**Position:** Station Supervisor. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure exceptional customer service is provided, resolving complaints and maintaining a friendly and safe environment at the service station to increase customer acquisition and retention. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes within the dispatch area, implementing measures that enhance efficiency and reduce employee errors. * Manage fuel and other product inventory levels at stations, ensuring continuous supply and preventing shortages. * Report and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for station facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. * Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements set by government authorities regarding service station operations. * Supervise proper documentation, records, and reports required by the company and relevant authorities. * Lead the station work team, coordinating responsibilities and ensuring adherence to job functions to meet the company's expected performance and customer service standards. **We Offer:** Base salary Attendance bonus Punctuality bonus 5% Savings Fund Grocery vouchers Uniforms Parking **Education:** High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
