We are seeking a proactive and organized **Transportation Coordinator** to join our Corporate Human Resources team. If you have experience in logistics, personnel management, and are passionate about maintaining efficient and safe operations, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate daily transportation routes to meet staff demand. * Supervise assigned personnel and schedule their work shifts. * Monitor and control fuel and toll booth expenses, generating performance reports. * Manage and follow up on transportation staff needs. * Ensure operators hold valid Type A driver's licenses. * Coordinate the toll payment fund with the Treasury department. * Report vehicle breakdowns to the maintenance department and accidents to the insurance company. * Guarantee compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** * Completed technical degree or bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field (must have official title). * **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar logistics roles. * **Skills and knowledge:** * Ability to drive standard vehicles and knowledge of defensive driving techniques. * Knowledge of logistics and applicable traffic regulations. * **Type A driver's license** (mandatory). * Ability to drive an "urban" type bus. * Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management skills. * Risk analysis ability, proactivity, and initiative. **Position Details:** * **Reports to:** Deputy Director of HR * **Age:** 18 years and older * **Gender:** No preference * **Marital status:** No preference This role is vital for daily operations, ensuring our staff travels safely and efficiently.
