**Your mission:**
* Lead the commercial and administrative operations of the agency.
* Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
* Supervise inventory, performance reports, and administrative processes.
* Ensure proper opening and closing of the agency.
* Provide customer follow-up and ensure service satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
* Partial or completed bachelor's degree in economic-administrative fields.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership roles within the commercial, automotive, or retail sectors.
* Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales goals.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Availability to work commercial operation hours.
**We offer:**
* Monthly gross base salary of $10,000\.
* Biweekly payments.
* Bonuses of 1\.2% on the agency's total sales.
* Guaranteed bonus of $10,000 for the first 2 months.
