Currently, we operate over 3,000 stores, primarily in central regions of the country, and we have an ambitious nationwide expansion plan. Every month, we open between 12 and 14 new stores. Due to our significant growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our outstanding team. **Job Requirements** **RETAIL EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY** Education: Completed bachelor's degree with diploma and professional license Experience: Minimum of 2 years performing the following: * Managing procedures before competent authorities. * Managing procedures before non-governmental entities. * Fieldwork. * Work supported by academic training / empirical knowledge. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct physical inspections at sites intended for opening new stores. * Properly carry out all procedures related to store openings. * Perform or verify, starting from site feasibility, that properties have commercial zoning specifically designated as "minisuper" and confirm total leased area with municipal and/or state urban development authorities. * Process required permits for construction of new stores before urban development authorities within no more than one month. * Ensure timely annual or bi-monthly payment for water services through Municipal Potable Water Systems to guarantee proper store operations, always seeking the lowest cost for the company. * Keep digital shared folders updated and update the master file every time a permit or license is obtained for each branch; this must not exceed five business days after document acquisition.
