Overview: Use Calibri 18 font here Responsibilities: * Develop and establish methods, procedures, and operational parameters for each process involved in ceramic furniture manufacturing. * Evaluate the performance of current production processes and apply technical knowledge and tools to identify and implement performance improvement and cost reduction projects. * Implement process control to optimize operations and improve performance by reducing waste and rework. * Apply appropriate techniques to assess process capability, define necessary improvements, establish required work plans to control and predict outcomes, ensuring proper application of data analysis methodologies in each case. * Execute projects through the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) phases when required by case complexity, while also implementing immediate improvement projects for proven solutions or Best Practices implementation. * Participate in the development and introduction of new products and processes, validate obtained results, and support—when required—the definition, development, and implementation of investment projects. * Support implementation of the environmental management system. * Actively support compliance with the environmental management system policy. * Accept and actively participate in the environmental management system process. Qualifications: * Develop and implement plant procedures across all manufacturing processes. * Identify deviations and define necessary actions to maintain processes under control. * Lead projects to improve process performance. * Reduce process variability. * Develop and maintain methods required to ensure critical variables remain under control. * Reduce costs associated with rework and waste. * Establish operational parameters, implement process set-up, and approve changes thereto. * Generate and maintain appropriate and relevant information for analyzing and making decisions regarding process performance. * Participate in the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System. * Promote safe working conditions and operate in accordance with company-established safety standards and procedures. * Manage the change process related to the environmental management system.
