Verifies employee entry in accordance with the access control work instructions for Zeyco Group. 2. Notifies internal contacts upon arrival of suppliers, visitors, and contractors, validates their registration in the facility access logbook, and requests and safeguards official documentation submitted for access. 3. Routes incoming calls via the switchboard to the required contact or department. 4. Receives packages, identifies the designated recipient, and records all information in the package receipt logbook. 5.
