### **Job Description** We are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant.** This position is essential to ensure that daily operations are carried out efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service. ### **Responsibilities** * Assist in food preparation following established recipes and standards. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, dining area, and common spaces. * Attend to the needs of kitchen and service staff during peak hours. * Perform basic kitchen tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients. * Handle and store products safely and appropriately. * Restock workstations with necessary supplies and materials. * Assist in packaging and delivering food for takeout or delivery orders. * Comply with company-established food hygiene and safety protocols. ### **Requirements** * **Education**: Minimum required education (completed secondary school or equivalent). * **Experience**: Previous experience required, although experience in kitchen or food service is desirable. * **Knowledge and skills**: + Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn. + Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to follow established instructions and procedures. + Commitment to cleanliness and organization. + Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
