You will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring impeccable quality in every beverage. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong calibration skills—we’re looking for you! ✨ Key Responsibilities As a Barista, your primary duties will include: Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional experience for every customer by delivering friendly, efficient, and genuinely detail-oriented service. Calibration Mastery: Independently calibrate espresso daily—adjusting grind size, dose, and extraction time—to guarantee consistent, high-quality final products. Beverage Quality: Prepare hot and cold beverages (including specialty drinks) according to strict standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. Bar Management: Process and manage orders efficiently and promptly to maintain smooth service flow. Participate in preparing menu items—including beverages and food—following established recipes and procedures. Equipment Operation: Operate, clean, and perform basic maintenance on professional coffee equipment (including commercial espresso machines). Inventory Control and Cleaning: Accurately manage supplies and products, maintaining optimal stock levels (minimum and maximum thresholds). Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized, accurate stock records. Ensure continuous cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the workstation and all equipment used. Operations and Support: Complete all required operational documentation and control forms accurately. Actively contribute to a collaborative work environment—solving problems and supporting team members. Demonstrate a proactive attitude—anticipating needs and taking initiative on assigned tasks.
