Job Summary: Security guard responsible for supervising entry and exit, protecting facilities, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with policies at a hotel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Surveillance and access control for personnel and goods. 2. Facility protection and anomaly monitoring. 3. Support in incident investigation and record keeping. Monitors the entry and exit of guests, visitors, staff, and suppliers. - Verifies the entry and exit of packages, items, goods, and equipment. - Conducts periodic patrols throughout all hotel areas, reporting any anomalies and following up to resolve them. - Protects and maintains facilities and personnel in accordance with established procedures. - Assists in preliminary investigations upon reporting of any incident. - Maintains logbook records for entries by suppliers, contractors, visitors, etc., for various purposes. - Complies with and verifies implementation of company-established policies and procedures. - Establishes and maintains effective cooperation with other departments. - Maintains logbook records for departmental keys held in the precorridor office. - Logs vehicle departures, warehouse openings, radio usage, ADR logbook handovers, safe deposit box openings, concentration envelope control, staff belongings, etc. - Monitors and follows up on the Honeywell system. - Assists individuals injured and follows up accordingly. - Cleans work area. Supports Housekeeping in communication. - Is informed about and participates in risk prevention measures and environmental protection initiatives, and becomes familiar with the company’s products and services to provide information during any sales opportunity . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education – General Baccalaureate 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Driver's License: Class A Keywords: demonstrator, fair representative, traveling salesperson, agent, representative, agente, representante, escort, guard, security guard, watchman, guard, surveillance
