Description

Job Summary: Responsible for managing resources, controlling production processes, ensuring quality and productivity, and promoting continuous improvement and teamwork on the production line. Appropriately manage, in accordance with procedures and policies, the various resources available on your production line (human, technological, material, time, equipment, and others). 2\. Control the production process from the perspective of quality and productivity, ensuring proper monitoring and analysis of process indicators according to applicable standards and specifications. 3\. Ensure that labor hour allocation is appropriate and reliable in accordance with process standards. 4\. Responsible for completing documentation in accordance with applicable procedures. 5\. Ensure daily fulfillment of production plans in terms of required product mix and volume. 6\. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork on your production line, engaging team members under your supervision. 7\. Promote integration of projects and ideas with fellow line personnel to avoid waste. 8\. Maintain effective communication with supervisors regarding matters occurring on the production lines under your responsibility. 9\. Responsible for documenting personnel incidents on your line and all documentation required by the HR department. 10\. Monitor staff turnover and absenteeism. 11\.
