




Supervise and manage activities to ensure production volumes, engineering changes, increased packaging capacity of part suppliers, management of NMEX operations for reverse logistics, as well as the ILN Mexico export center, along with management and development of 3PL operations **Description** * Management of processes to ensure quality, cost, and timing of productive processes managed by the 3PL operation. * Management of personnel under supervision to enhance synergy and problem resolution. * Promotion of Kaizen events and adoption of best practices for continuous process improvement. * Management of processes and materials for resource optimization and cost reduction. * Planning and management of activities for supervised personnel. * Ensure that processes under supervision comply with established standards in quality, safety, health, and environmental matters to prevent incidents, accidents, administrative failures, and to assure product quality. * Management of 3PL operations and optimization of their operations and costs. * Monitoring and control of operational budget. * Launching investment and operational projects from SOW through to operational completion. * Analysis of operational capacity and prevention of operational risks. **Profile** **Experience and Knowledge:** CAPEX/OPEX management; project management; knowledge of logistics processes; conflict resolution; personnel management (generational); collaboration with different areas (internal and external); data interpretation and analysis; knowledge of ISO 45000, 9000, 14000 standards; presentation of projects in Spanish and English (internal and external). **Education:** Bachelor's Degree/Engineering **(Degree completed)** **Area or Specialty:** Industrial Engineering or related field **Technical Skills:** * Minimum 400 TOEIC English score * Basic financial knowledge * Personnel control (engineering) * Knowledge of MRP, ERP, production control * Financial analysis and budgetary control * Basic knowledge of new system development * Supplier management * Project management * Knowledge of Zycus, iContract, EPIC systems and reporting platforms. * VALID VISA AND PASSPORT (Desirable) **Work Schedule:** On-site **Working Hours:** Mon\-Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with availability to travel within the country, Mex **What You'll Look Forward to at Nissan:** Career Growth and Continuous Learning Opportunities: Benefit from diverse career paths, cross\-departmental moves, and innovative learning platforms.
