Experience: Minimum of 6 months as a Telephone Operator, Customer Service Representative, Receptionist, Telemarketer, or conducting Socioeconomic Studies. Knowledge: Customer Attention and Service, Telephone Equipment Handling, Computer Equipment, Databases, Customer Service. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and English.
