Join our team! **Position Mission** The mission of this role is to ensure the optimal performance of technological infrastructure in operations by providing technical support to stores and plaza offices according to established policies, supervision guidelines, and protocols. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for technological infrastructure and perform corrective maintenance as needed. \- Install, configure, and update technological programs and/or applications required for the operation of stores and plaza offices. \- Ensure control over inventory of computing equipment, licenses, and technology services. \- Manage requests for new equipment and handle warranties, repairs, damages, replacements, and disposal of assets. \- Supervise and advise users on the proper use of technological applications and tools. \- Promptly address all incidents related to the information technology area. Requirements \- Bachelor's degree / Engineering in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Telecommunications or related field. \- 2\+ years of experience in technical support and helpdesk. \- Experience with networks and technological tools. **Employee Type** Full-time **Work Model** On-site At Farmacias del Ahorro, we want you...
