




**Description:** We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to supervise Human Resources service delivery operations, providing direct employee support through incoming calls, live chat, and case management systems. **Functions and responsibilities:** * Manage client relationships. * Work with designated stakeholders to collect and fulfill commitments meeting contractual thresholds. * Accurately respond to client inquiries and escalations (via phone, live chat, email, and case management system). * Process, maintain, and manage HR transactions and provide support (e.g., talent development, mobility, workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk, compensation, etc.). * Clarify HR policies and procedures. * Manage assigned portions of the process according to Capgemini's methodology and/or agreed transition plan. * Organize knowledge-sharing sessions within the team and across teams. * Update all required process documentation (process and procedure maps) and other documentation within agreed timelines in the defined support tool. * Coordinate with third parties, vendors, and multiple stakeholders. * Resolve errors, escalations, and issues in a timely manner. * Develop, guide, and train junior team members. * Drive operational process excellence. * Ensure quality and timeliness of work. * Being focused, diligent, with a high level of quality and punctuality are fundamental requirements for the role. * Contribute to regular team activities such as hiring, process improvement, service standardization, etc. * Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and business acumen. * Demonstrate advanced written and verbal communication skills. **Required skills/competencies:** * Solid knowledge of processes in workforce administration / employee data administration. * Strong project management skills applied in a corporate/business environment. * Experience managing multiple design projects. * Solid client and team management skills. * Experience managing employee lifecycle activities such as personal/job/salary changes, HR documentation, new hires/onboarding, transfers, leaves and absences, promotions, relocations, separations, etc. * Experience entering data into systems (Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc.); ServiceNow preferred. * Handle employee requests according to project timelines; manage complex issues raised by the client and provide solutions. * Manage client communication and reporting. * Excellent work organization and time management skills. * Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. * Good communication skills. * Daily interaction with clients via phone, chat, and email; resolution of HR-related issues; collaboration with other delivery team members.
