**Mission:** Be part of the local IT team providing support for business applications (global), ensuring their proper implementation and operation. Provide end-user support, document processes, generate reports and guarantee continuity and optimization of ERP systems and related applications. **Main Responsibilities:** **Implementation and Support** * Ensure correct installation, configuration and operation of the ERP and other business applications. * Monitor ERP, databases and related systems, analyzing issues and proposing solutions. * Act as a liaison between end users and level 3 support, coordinating with software vendors. **Management and Administration** * Manage users, permissions and access in Epicor and other business applications. * Administer databases and generate reports using Excel and Power BI. * Document procedures and create user manuals. * Provide training to end users. **Optimization and Continuous Improvement** * Map business processes and propose improvements aligned with corporate objectives. * Plan, coordinate and execute tests related to changes or updates in applications. * Collaborate with the global IT team on continuous improvement of systems and technological infrastructure. **Profile:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience managing business applications. **Technical Skills:** * ERP (Epicor 10 / Kinetic) * EDI * SQL and Power BI * ITIL V4 * Application installation, Windows Server, LAN networks * Report and procedure generation * Python (desirable) **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in key IT positions, preferably in the automotive industry. Knowledge of business processes and application flow diagrams.
