We are looking for a **Data Analyst** with solid experience in **data analysis, cleaning, and validation**, capable of transforming large volumes of data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and proficient in the complete data processing lifecycle: from extraction and structuring to modeling, advanced analysis, and visualization. Key Responsibilities * Clean, validate, and preprocess large volumes of data from diverse sources. * Design, model, manage, and optimize relational databases, primarily using **PostgreSQL** and **Microsoft SQL Server**. * Develop and optimize **complex SQL queries**, stored procedures, and efficient data models. * Develop scripts and automate data analysis processes using **Python** (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, scikit-learn). * Build statistical and predictive models, as well as perform exploratory and descriptive analyses. * Design interactive dashboards and reports using **Business Intelligence** tools (Microsoft Power BI or Google Looker), integrating multiple data sources and presenting relevant KPIs. * Generate automated reports and data storytelling for both technical and business teams. Minimum Technical Requirements * **Databases:** Design, administration, and query optimization in **PostgreSQL** and **SQL Server**; data modeling, normalization, and stored procedures. * **Programming Languages and Analysis Tools:** * **Python:** Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and machine learning (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, scikit-learn). * **R:** Advanced statistical analysis, regression, and predictive modeling skills. * **Advanced Excel:** Pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and VBA. * **Business Intelligence:** Dashboard design, data source integration, KPI development, and data-driven narratives using Power BI or Google Looker.
